1. Scope This policy describes the Android app and its companion page served from your phone to a computer browser on your local Wi-Fi. LAN Drop does not require an account. The developer does not operate a cloud relay or a server receiving your transfer content. This does not mean that data stays on a single device: selected content is sent to the device you pair with.

2. Data accessed and transferred The app accesses files you explicitly select through Android's system picker, the folder you choose for incoming files, and text or links you enter. Selected files may include documents, photos, videos, audio or other file types. When you share them, their contents, names and sizes are transmitted to the paired computer. Text and links are transmitted when you send them. The phone's device name, initially based on its model and editable by you, is displayed in the paired browser. Local IP addresses and temporary pairing/session credentials are used to establish and authorize the connection. We do not use IP addresses to derive your location.

The app does not scan your entire storage, automatically read your clipboard, or access your contacts, SMS, microphone or camera. There are no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The developer does not receive transfer content or sell it. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message and attachments you voluntarily provide to respond to your request. Please do not send sensitive transfer content to support.

3. Local storage and browser storage Transfer history, message history, filenames, sizes, timestamps, local file references and preferences are stored on the phone. Incoming files are stored in the app's private received folder by default, or in a folder you explicitly choose. Temporary files may exist during an upload and are cleaned up on failure or at the next app launch.

The browser stores a language preference in localStorage and a session token in sessionStorage when browser storage is available. The session token is used for the active connection, expires when the phone session ends, and can remain in the tab's storage until the tab closes or storage is cleared. The language preference remains until you change it or clear site data. Browser memory holds the current transfer state and received text while the page is open. Browser downloads are saved according to the browser's own settings. No advertising or tracking cookies are used by the LAN transfer page.

4. Access controls and transport security You start the session, enter a six-digit code in the browser and approve pairing on the phone. Incoming file transfers require phone approval. A paired browser can access the files you intentionally share, receive your sent text and submit text to the phone. Remove shared files or stop the session to end access. Sessions end after 30 minutes.

This version uses unencrypted HTTP on the local network. It does not provide TLS or end-to-end encryption. Pairing codes and approval are access controls, not encryption. People or equipment able to observe traffic on your network may be able to read transfer content. Use trusted Wi-Fi only and avoid transferring sensitive information on an untrusted network.

5. Permissions and other apps Network permissions support the local Wi-Fi connection. A connected-device foreground service and its notification keep an active, user-started connection running while the app is in the background. You can stop it in the app or notification. A wake lock supports the active session; the screen remains awake while the app is in the foreground. Notification permission controls notification visibility.

Android's file and folder pickers grant access only to the content you select. The app does not request all-files access. Opening a received file or locating it can pass a file URI and read access to a viewer or system file manager you choose; those apps follow their own policies. The app's received-file provider exposes only its received folder, not private settings or history.

6. Retention and deletion History stays on the phone until you delete records, clear history, clear app data or uninstall. Deleting history alone does not delete the underlying files. Deleting a record and its local file is available when Android allows it; failure or a required system approval is shown. You can also use the system file manager to remove files. Uninstalling removes private app files, history and preferences. Files in a custom folder and copies downloaded on another device remain until you delete them separately. The developer cannot remotely delete data from your devices or retrieve your history.

Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle your inquiry and legitimate record-keeping obligations; contact the privacy email to request its deletion. There is no account to create or delete.

7. Public policy website The public privacy page is hosted by Google Sites, separately from the local transfer page. Visiting it opens an external website; Google may process browsing data under its own privacy policy. LAN Drop does not upload your files or history to that website. 8. Children, changes and contact LAN Drop is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly receive children's personal information through the app. Any policy updates will be published with a revised effective date. 1. 适用范围本政策适用于 Android 应用，以及手机向同一 WiFi 内电脑浏览器提供的配套网页。局域快传无需注册账号，开发者不运营云端中转服务，也没有接收传输内容的服务器。这不代表内容始终停留在一台设备上：你主动分享的内容会传到你配对的设备。

2. 访问与传输的数据应用通过 Android 系统选择器访问你主动选择的文件、接收文件夹，以及你输入的文字或链接。文件可能包含文档、照片、视频、音频等内容。分享时，文件内容、名称和大小会传给已配对的电脑；文字与链接在你发送时传输。设备名称默认依据手机型号，可由你修改，会显示在已配对网页中。本地 IP 地址和临时配对、会话凭据用于建立和授权连接，不用于推算地理位置。

应用不扫描全部存储空间，不自动读取剪贴板，不访问联系人、短信、麦克风或相机。应用没有广告、分析或崩溃上报 SDK。开发者不会收到或出售传输内容。如果你发送支持邮件，我们会收到你主动提供的邮箱、邮件内容和附件，以便处理请求。请勿向支持邮箱发送敏感传输内容。

3. 本机与浏览器存储传输历史、文字历史、文件名称、大小、时间、本地文件引用和偏好设置保存在手机。接收文件默认保存在应用内 received 文件夹，也可保存到你主动选择的目录。上传期间可能产生临时文件；失败时或下次启动时会清理。

浏览器允许存储时，会在 localStorage 保存语言偏好，在 sessionStorage 保存会话令牌。令牌用于当前连接，手机结束会话后失效，但可能仍保留在标签页存储中，直到标签页关闭或清除存储。语言设置保留到你修改或清除网站数据。网页打开期间，当前传输状态和收到的文字保存在浏览器内存中。下载文件按浏览器设置保存。局域网传输网页不使用广告或跟踪 Cookie。

4. 访问控制与传输安全由你开启连接，在浏览器输入六位配对码，并在手机确认配对。收到文件请求时需要手机确认。配对后的浏览器可以访问你主动分享的文件、收到你发送的文字，并向手机发送文字。取消文件分享或停止连接可结束访问。每次会话最多持续 30 分钟。

本版使用局域网内未加密 HTTP，不提供 TLS 或端到端加密。配对码和手机确认是访问控制，不是加密措施。能够观察网络流量的人员或设备可能读取传输内容。请仅在可信 WiFi 下使用，避免在不可信网络传输敏感信息。

5. 权限与其他应用网络权限用于局域网 WiFi 连接。连接设备类型的前台服务及通知让你主动开启的连接在应用切到后台时继续运行，可在应用或通知中停止。唤醒锁用于活动会话；应用在前台时保持屏幕常亮。通知权限控制通知展示。

系统文件和目录选择器仅授予你所选内容的访问权，应用不申请“所有文件访问”。打开或定位文件时，可能向你选择的查看应用或系统文件管理器传递文件 URI 和读取授权；这些应用遵循各自的政策。本应用的接收文件提供方仅开放 received 目录，不开放私有设置或历史。

6. 保留与删除历史保留在手机，直到你删除记录、清空记录、清除应用数据或卸载。仅删除记录不会删除原文件。Android 允许时可同时删除记录与本地文件；删除失败或需要系统批准时会提示。也可使用系统文件管理器删除文件。卸载会移除应用内文件、历史和设置；自选目录中的文件，以及另一台设备下载的副本，需要另行删除。开发者不能远程删除你的设备数据，也不能获取你的历史。

支持邮件仅保留处理咨询及履行合理记录义务所需的时间；可通过隐私邮箱请求删除。应用不提供账号注册，因此没有账号删除流程。
